Once you have chosen your dates, please contact us by email or phone
to check availability.
Changeover days are Fridays and Mondays.
On the confirmation of your booking we ask you for 20% of the tariff as a deposit and the final balance will be required in full, 8 weeks before your holiday. We also ask you for a housekeeping deposit in the form of a cheque or cash for £200. This will be demolished after your departure. It will only be cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage. Extra costs would be discussed with you in advance. Payment /deposits are non refundable although we will always try to help you swap your dates if there is availability. We advise you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation.
